Our accommodation is located in a quiet, friendly area about 10 minutes from Ericeira and is ideal for relaxation. We are a family-friendly accommodation and welcome guests on business trips and anyone who wants to relax in our accommodation. No parties, birthday celebrations, or other events are allowed in our accommodation.
Whether you want to relax in the jacuzzi, enjoy a barbecue, or take a walk along Ericeira beach, we have everything you need! We are sure you will love our property as much as we do, so come and enjoy the best of Maty’s Place!

Maty’s Place is located in the most lucrative zone in Portugal. We are in the very center of the “surf kingdom”, when Ericeira, which is 10 minutes away from Maty’s Place. by car was chosen as the world’s surf reservation. Our accommodation has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. Just a minute from the accommodation there is a gas station, where there is also an ATM and a bus stop. Another 3 min. two shopping centers are available by car.
On the ground floor, Maty’s place offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, fast wifi and a 55″ smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is also offers a bedroom and a separate bathroom with a toilet and a toilet On the first floor, Maty’s Place offers two bedrooms, a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a balcony with a view of the Sintra Palace and, with good visibility, a relaxing corner outside in the spacious garden with two fully automatic hot tubs with lighting, bluetooth speakers, all covered by an electric pergola on the second floor with a corner seating area covered by a pergola.
