BOOKING CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES

Booking Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠To confirm your reservation, it is not enough to create a reservation on Booking/Airbnb

2.⁠ ⁠You must send an email to info@matys .place that you agree to the terms and conditions of the house.

3.⁠ ⁠Send the full names (First Name, Last Name) of all persons who will stay in our accommodation by email.

4.⁠ ⁠These persons must show their identification documents upon arrival at the accommodation (All names must match what was filled in the email before confirming the reservation).

5.⁠ ⁠Upon arrival, the reservist must pay a refundable deposit of 500EUR in cash for any damage to the accommodation, etc.

6. Upon your arrival, it is necessary to fill out a document (Boletim de Alojamento). Based on Portuguese law, the reservist and the guests are obliged to fill out this document. Without filling out this document, the stay cannot take place.).

7.⁠ ⁠If the booker does not confirm these booking conditions within 12 hours of making a reservation on Booking or Airbnb, the reservation is automatically canceled and is invalid.

House Rules

Check-In – 15:00 – 20:00

Check-Out – by 11:00

Before departure, the guest returns the keys and the house to the owner for inspection.

1.⁠ ⁠Quiet night: 22:00 – 8:00 (22:00 – 8:00). This is a place in a quiet neighborhood. No noise is allowed after 22:00. Any violation of this rule is an automatic termination of the stay without the possibility of compensation. Maty’s Place management can check this at any time without any consent.

2.⁠ ⁠Accommodation in the house is for a maximum of 8 people (Only the person who made the reservation can stay together with confirmed guests who are confirmed by the accommodation based on the booking conditions. In case of violation, the stay is automatically canceled without the possibility of compensation. This can be checked by the Maty’s Place management at any time.).

3.⁠ ⁠Smoking (anything) is prohibited in the entire building (House, Grill, Garden, Jacuzzi, Bar). For violation of this rule, the owner of Maty’s Place is charged financial compensation. (500 EUR).

4.⁠ ⁠All visits are prohibited (both daytime and nighttime) are prohibited in Maty’s Place. Only after agreement with the accommodation owner, it is possible to agree otherwise. In case of violation, the reservist pays a fine of 500 EUR. This can be checked by the Maty’s Place management at any time.

5.⁠ ⁠Any damage to the Maty’s Place facilities (House, Jacuzzi, Garden, Bar, Grill, etc.) shall be paid by the guest staying at the accommodation facility in cash or by sending money to a bank account before the end of the stay.

6.⁠ ⁠The house must be returned by the guest at CHECK-OUT in the same condition in which the guest received it at CHECK-IN

7.⁠ ⁠Pets are not allowed.

8. Cameras are located in the Property in places where they can be placed under applicable laws for the safety and protection of the entire Maty’s Place property.

Property owners are not responsible for the consequences of misuse of electrical equipment, balconies, windows, railings, staircases and other dangerous areas.
