Maty’s Place is located in the most lucrative zone in Portugal. We are in the very center of the “surf kingdom”, when Ericeira, which is 7 minutes away from Maty’s Place. by car was chosen as the world’s surf reservation. Our accommodation has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. Just a minute from the accommodation there is a gas station, where there is also an ATM and a bus stop. Another 3 min. two shopping centers are available by car.

On the ground floor, Maty’s place offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, a fireplace, fast wifi and a 55″ smart TV, a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary electrical appliances such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there is also offers a bedroom and a separate bathroom with a toilet and a toilet On the first floor, Maty’s Place offers two bedrooms, a second bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a balcony with a view of the Sintra Palace and, with good visibility, a relaxing corner outside in the spacious garden with two fully automatic hot tubs with lighting, bluetooth speakers, all covered by an electric pergola on the second floor with a corner seating area covered by a pergola.

BOOKING CONDITIONS AND HOUSE RULES OF MATY’S PLACE

Booking Conditions

1.⁠ ⁠ AIRBNB = Before confirming the reservation by Maty’s Place, the person booking must agree and confirm that they agree to the rules (house rules) of Maty’s Place.

2. BOOKING.COM = Before confirming the reservation by Maty’s Place, the person booking must agree and confirm that they agree to the rules (house rules) of Maty’s Place. The person booking on Booking.com must send the full names of all guests arriving at the accommodation and these names must match upon arrival at Maty’s Place.

3. At CHECK-IN, the person booking must fill out the SEF Bulletin document. Based on Portuguese law, the person booking, together with other confirmed guests in the reservation, is obliged to fill out this document. Without filling out this document, or rather the information about the accommodated guests, the stay at Maty’s Place will not be allowed.). The information in this document must match the information in your identification documents.

4. If the Maty’s Place management, Booking.com, Airbnb deems the booking to be risky, Maty’s Place management will proceed to request a refundable deposit of 500 EUR, payable in cash at CHECK-IN and refundable at CHECK-OUT, together with the agreed and signed accommodation rules, provided that everything is in order according to the accommodation rules.

House Rules

CHECK-IN – 15:00 – 19:00

CHECK-OUT – until 11:00

1.⁠ No noise is allowed in our accommodation after 10:00 PM. Any violation of this rule will result in automatic termination of the stay without any refund from Maty’s Place. Maty’s Place management may verify this at any time without any consent from the guest.

2.⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠⁠ Accommodation at Maty’s Place is for a maximum of 8 people (Only the person making the reservation, including guests who have been confirmed based on correctly filled in guest details before the reservation is confirmed by the accommodation (Maty’s Place) can be in the Maty’s Place area. If the person making the reservation has a reservation for three guests, for example, only three guests who are confirmed by the accommodation can be in the accommodation. All visits by people other than those confirmed by the accommodation are strictly PROHIBITED. Any violation of this rule is an automatic termination of the stay without the possibility of a refund. 4. ⁠Damage to any equipment of Maty’s Place (House, Jacuzzi, Garden, Bar, Grill, etc.) the person reserving will pay the amount for the destroyed item either in cash or by sending money to the bank account before the end of the person’s stay at Maty’s Place.

5.⁠⁠⁠⁠ The house must be returned by the person reserving at CHECK-OUT in a clean condition and with the trash cans taken out.

6.⁠ Animals are not allowed.

7. A camera system is installed in Maty’s Place according to current Portuguese laws for the safety and protection of all Maty’s Place property.
