Maty's Place
Maty's Place is located in a very lucrative zone. There is a bus stop, gas station and ATM within walking distance, 5 minutes by car from the center of the town of Mafra, but also 10 minutes from the very popular place of Ericeira, which is not only a paradise for surfers. In Mafra, where the accommodation is located, there is one of the largest palaces in Portugal, which has a large garden. The city also offers a large selection of restaurants and cafes.
Surf Lessons

Stand Up Paddle
SUP is a great alternative to surfing. SUP can be seen as a training activity, while others find it a peaceful way to spend the afternoon along the coast.

House Rules
Check-IN – 15:00 to 20:00
Check-OUT – till 11:00
The guest returns the keys and the house for inspection by the owner before departure.
1. Quiet night: 22:00 – 8:00 (10:00 p.m. – 8:00 a.m). This is a place in a quiet neighborhood. No noise allowed after 22:00. Any violation of this rule is an automatic termination of the stay without the possibility of compensation. This can be checked at any time.
2. Accommodation in the house is a maximum of 8 people (Only the person who created the reservation together with the confirmed guests who are confirmed in the reservation can be accommodated. In case of violation, the stay is automatically canceled without the possibility of compensation.).
3. Smoking (anything) is prohibited in the entire building (House, Grill, Garden, Jacuzzi, Bar). Financial compensation is charged to the owner of the Maty’s Place for violation of this rule. (500EUR).
4. All windows and doors must be closed when leaving the property or in rain. Also, please keep the door locked when you are out of the house.
5. Events or gatherings of any kind are not permitted.
6. Any destruction of the Maty’s Place equipment (House, Jacuzzi, Garden, Bar, Grill, etc.). paid by the guest staying in the accommodation.
7. The house must be returned by the guest at CHECK-OUT in the same condition as the guest received it at CHECK-IN
8. Pets are not allowed.
