Our accommodation is located in a quiet, friendly area about 10 minutes from Ericeira and is ideal for relaxation. We are a family-friendly accommodation and welcome guests on business trips and anyone who wants to relax in our accommodation. No parties, birthday celebrations, or other events are allowed in our accommodation.
Whether you want to relax in the jacuzzi, enjoy a barbecue, or take a walk along Ericeira beach, we have everything you need! We are sure you will love our property as much as we do, so come and enjoy the best of Maty’s Place!

Maty’s Place is located in the most lucrative zone in Portugal. We are in the very center of the “surf kingdom”, when Ericeira, which is 10 minutes away from Maty’s Place. by car was chosen as the world’s surf reservation. Our accommodation has everything a guest needs for a comfortable stay. Just a minute from the accommodation there is a gas station, where there is also an ATM and a bus stop. Another 3 min. two shopping centers are available by car.
Maty’s Place has a living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet, and a kitchen. The accommodation is for 4-6 guests. Everything is fully equipped. Outside, there is a garden, a barbecue area for sitting and relaxing, and at the top of the garden, there is a jacuzzi with additional seating and sun loungers. Free parking is available in front of the house.
